Dr. Doris Aryee

Lecturer and Counselling Psychologist

Dr. Aryee is a Lecturer, Counseling Psychologist, an Administrator and Management Expert with 18 years of industrial and academic experience. She has a great success record in General Management and Administration. She has an excellent people management skill, time conscious and meticulous in her career. A resourceful problem solver and delivery expert; with more focus on mentoring, coaching and developing people to become great problem solvers for their organizations as well as in their personal lives.

Dr. Aryee was the Executive Secretary to Dean of Graduate School at Pentecost University. She was the pioneer Manager of the Church of Pentecost Chairman Education Foundation (COPCEF). Dr. Aryee was also the Administrative Manager at the Faculty of Law, Production Coordinator for the PentVars Business Journal (an International Refereed Journal) and Hal Tutor of Arnan Hal at Pentecost University.

As a Lecturer, Dr. Aryee teaches Quality Management, Operations Management, Leadership, Personal Organisation, Organisational Behaviour, Knowledge Management, Human Resource Management, Introduction to Management, Counseling for Human Resource Practitioners, Occupational Health and Safety Management, Employability and Self Development as well as any business related courses at Pentecost University, Faculty of Business Administration. Dr. Aryee is also an avid reader with entrepreneurial ambition as vocational hobby.
