At Transcontinental University (TU), the US campus of Transcontinental, students engage in meaningful assignments that impact the real world and are supervised by faculty comprising a global knowledge base of experts with consulting experience in a multitude of nations, which means students get enhanced emotional intelligence, innovativeness, and strategic thinking.
Transcontinental has a flat, organic web organizational structure with empowerment at its core, fostering non-linear processes of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement. In line with the Knowledge Creation process, any faculty can initiate an innovation at any time, and, unlike many traditional Universities, Transcontinental has opted not to use formal titles within rigid and political hierarchies. As a result, TU’s academic approach focuses on Academic Leadership, and Business Leadership, and the overlaps and intersections between them.
With the help of a TU developed Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool, the TU Learning Advisor (TULA), a development plan is developed for each student based on their assessed talent inventory, an integrity indicator, desired professional characteristics, and any skill gaps that are identified by TULA. After a tailored individual development plan is developed for each student an advisor mentors each student along a path forward that fills knowledge gaps and instills the skills that will enable Transcontinental graduates to solve the world’s problems.
The strategy at Transcontinental Institute (TI), the Malta campus of Transcontinental, is to transform learners into leaders through the world’s most integrative, systemic, and powerful graduate business programs, a place where students learn how to apply systems thinking to eliminate in-the-box type limitations.
TI also integrates student educational journeys with individual development plans, which are monitored by faculty that consists of globally accomplished practitioners that bring real world experiences into the classroom, in addition to bringing with them their established research platforms.
All modules within Transcontinental and its practitioner faculty focus on unleashing creativity in the student, along with instilling wisdom so students know how to apply innovation in a complex environment, and then have the courage to actually do it. Building on psychology principles of cognitive development, life span development, and emotional intelligence, students experience an empowering journey designed for unlocking creative potential.
At Transcontinental, educational journeys include current real-world cases in each module that enable students to see the application of theory, concepts in action, and to measure the outcomes of such applications. Through practical assessment and application, students begin to formulate new theories. These real-world cases empower the engagement with the business world, while testing student creativity of ideas and analytical thought processes with actual businesses and real situations.
At Transcontinental students engage in learning designed to drive visible results they will notice in themselves. For more information, please contact Transcontinental:

The BMIL brings together resources in the form of industry, university, and government organizations, as well as individual Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to resolve challenges imposed on the impoverished.
Application of the MI Cooperative Framework model facilitates collaboration by providing workspaces to share information, gathering research from respected SMEs to generate ideas and, finally, exploiting the research findings by applying them to other situations.
Passion the only requirement! If visitors and participants are passionate about working in an area, then they should put in a request to BMIL and a webpage on the requested topic will be created for them. Once created, visitors have access to a network of experts to guide them as they work to resolve important issues.
Bringing together researchers with a variety of backgrounds and unique skill sets, BMIL participants have access to a wealth of information and research concepts that can be applied to resolve challenges faced by developing countries.
By offering participants shared workspaces to work in, together, within the context of a Cooperative Framework model, the BMIL supports problem resolution by encouraging researchers to engage with each other as solutions to real world problems are developed.
