Work places and living spaces should strive to achieve diversity, equity, and inclusion so that everyone in a work place, or political discussion, can contribute while gaining a sense of belonging and a feeling that their contribution will be valued by others.
These problems are systemic for developing countries. Until people feel their worth at work and consequential environment for a conducive work provided, we shouldn’t expect value adding work. Such sad conditions and inhibit management innovation as they are the opposite of a management innovation culture. In diversity in workplace, it is part of what we mean by honesty as prerequisite for the intellectual honesty and psychological safety. They provide basic conditions for management innovation as a process to generate useful and purposeful ideas and testing them cheaply.
