Dr. Emmanuel Kwizera is a Lecturer at International Leadership University, Bujumbura International University, and Burundi Shining Star University. He was appointed Dean School of Business Administration of International Leadership University during 2016 and 2018. Prior to his move to Burundi Shining Star University, he was appointed as Academic Affairs and later Acting Vice Chancellor in 2022. His main research interests are in leadership and Business, research methods. He has published widely in the field of Social Research and Business.
