Ange completed her undergraduate education at the Great Lakes University in Bujumbura, Burundi, School of Administration and Business Management. Her Bachelor’s project explored the nonfinancial performance factors of microfinance institutions. In 2024, Leila has enrolled to master’s degree programme in Business Administration. Leila plans to work with organizations that seek to build sustainable, collaborative, and inclusive development systems through intentional design, testing, and deployment of business and market development (B&MD) innovations.
